Optimised supply chain management
The Graz Ragnitz Private Clinic, part of the PremiQaMed Group, has set itself the goal of optimising its supply logistics in a sustainable and future-oriented manner. With the successful introduction of AutoInventory, decisive milestones have been achieved:
- Relief for employees in medication and ward logistics
- Reduction in storage costs
- Reduction of inventory levels
- Minimisation of sources of error
In close cooperation with the PremiQaMed Group’s project management team, the clinic’s specific requirements were analysed and a tailor-made solution was developed based on these findings. The storage rooms were restructured and the shelves and scales were planned according to the identified needs.
The project team proceeded systematically and was aware of the challenges that implementation during ongoing operations would entail. Step by step, AutoInventory was successfully integrated.
After a familiarisation phase lasting several months, the Graz Ragnitz Private Clinic has come to an initial, thoroughly positive conclusion. In the following video, the clinic management and the team report on their experiences and the successful collaboration with Wiegand. Thanks to AutoInventory, logistics processes have been significantly optimised, the workload on staff has been reduced and the error rate has been significantly lowered. In addition, the system has contributed significantly to the efficient reduction of inventory levels.
